How to use

1. For general hydration: Dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water and drink
2. For children aged 3–6 years: Drink 10ml of prepared solution per kg of body weight in small sips
3. For sports/exercise: Dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml of water, drink before, during, and after activity
4. Once prepared, use within 8 hours (24 hours if refrigerated)
